OVES was created to manage the collection of private outstanding receivables on a focused set of projects, using a structured, documented, and legally compliant approach.
GS and FW formed an Equal Partnership in the Isle of Man. OVES has defined seven ongoing workstreams and preserved revenue rights beyond termination. The agreement is governed by English law, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
An addendum provides that, upon the death of a partner, all rights and obligations transfer to the surviving partner, who must collect the funds and allocate the deceased partner's share to their estate, and it authorizes negotiations with all third parties.
Legal opinions confirm that these rights persist and can be exercised without any third-party involvement. The executor of the deceased's estate is limited to receiving and distributing the estate's share after collection and costs.

This system comprises 1,711 documents, representing 21,000 individual pages. These documents have been safeguarded in 75 hard-copy files, sorted by project and in date sequence.
"The visual effect of the amount of documents captured on Caspio is beyond imagination. Amazing work has been done! Thank you for sharing this!"
